open air & for free festival
You wouldn’t believe it, but it’s possible: a weekend festival for free! No this is no joke or a lottery game…
The “Draussen & Umsonst Festival” ( engl. “open-air-&-for-free festival”) is taking place on july 17th/18th almost around the corner! Young bands, mostly from Dresden, are playing on the lawn behind the Goethe Institut. (Just ask our staff how to get there)
Who is playing?
FRIDAY, 17th (Start at 7pm): Shortcuts (Elektro), Fosbury Flop (SoulFunkCreations), Goldener Anker (PunkRock),The Dots (60s BritrockCountryAmericanaRock’n'Roll)
SATURDAY, 18th (Start 12.30am): Gantenbein (GermanIndiepop), Jon, Ne:o (sphericElektrosounds), Flanschies, 20/20 Vision (BluesRockPop), Pitchtuner (ElektroGitarpopsound)
On saturday there also will be Super8-Cinema, Theater and other fantastic entertainment.
