Scheune, Ostpol and the Cafe Combo, each of them is a “must go” for a Dresden visit anyway, but now they are all coming together for the 4th time to swing the Neustadt here in Dresden again for 2 days!
Upon my Soul is representing 10 Dj’s and 1 live band (COMBO DE LA MUSICA from Stockholm/Sweden). They are playing rare Soul classics from the 60′s and 70′s for 12 € (buy your tickets in advance if you can).
Beautiful, small self – made festival in the beautiful, alternative, not so well known part of the Neustadt quarter (Dresden, Prießnitzstrasse). Meet and see bands and musicians, fire poi artists, self- made food and much more, this weekend from the 28th to the 30th of September 2012! It is for free!

The colourful and familiar Hechtfest, this time from the 26.-28. August 2011, that means 3 days with free live music (Pitchtuner, Off Beat Foundation, Eiszeitklub, Brother Honk & Unkmanganis, Oh Alter Knaben Herrlichkeit, The Lazy Boys, The Pond Pirates, the original Hecht-men-choir, the Ukrainiens, Rummelsnuff, Radiophon, Tokamak Reactor…), neighbour dog race, theatre, skate contest on miniramp, fire poi and streetgames not only for children and lots of self made food and drinks.
The Hechtquarter is in the north of Dresden, not far from the lively Neustadt quarter along the Hechtstraße, Rudolf- Leonard Straße and St Pauli Church,…
