Liked: Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und hat mir das wichtigste kurz und knapp erklärt. Die Zimmer waren relativ sauber gehalten. Keine groberen Auffäligkeiten. Die Leute in den Zimmern waren sehr nett, man konnte nette Gespräche führen. Gegen ein kleines Entgelt kann man sich vor Ort auch Kleinigkeiten und Handtücher bekommen. Kaffee und Tee gab es morgens gratis, was ein sehr großer Pluspunkt für mich war. Disliked: Die Lage ist ein wenig abgelegener von der Innenstadt ungefähr 20 Minuten Fußweg, aber mit der nahegelegenen Straßenbahn ist man in wenigen Minuten da. Leider gab es pro Etage auch nur 1 Toilette, die Wartezeit war also etwasa länger. Auch leider keine Seperierung zwischen Bad und Toilette.

Liked: Das Hostel ist für ein paar Nächte in Dresden absolut perfekt, das Personal ist super zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sind sehr schön und die Sanitäranlagen haben alles was man benötigt und der kostenlose Kaffee ist sehr lecker. Disliked: Es gibt eigentlich nichts auszusetzen. Es ist nur zu beachten, dass nicht alle Zimmer Betten mit Vorhängen haben, falls man darauf Wert legt sollte man das bei der Buchung mit angeben.

Liked: A lovely and welcoming place to stay. The staff were very nice and friendly. The interior is creatively decorated with a unique, artsy vibe. I really loved the free dinner, which was a great touch and perfect for meeting other travelers. The location is excellent as well—close to public transport, restaurants, and the lively Neustadt area. It's very convenient to explore the city. Disliked: The bedroom was very smelly.

Liked: Bequeme Matratzen und alles da was man braucht. Sauber und ganz gut im Szeneviertel gelegen. Solides Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Disliked: Alles etwas DIY gebaut. Funktionell aber mit wenig Charm.

It is not advertised clearly that the bathroom is shared with about 10 people or more (I booked the 6 bed women's) which I wasn't pleased about. They were clean enough but awkward to use as it is a really one large bathroom with partitions up around the toilet and showers to enable multiple users. There are curtains which are nice and the kitchen has everything you need. It is a very social hostel but not great if you want some peace as it is right next to a very noisy bar. Lovely staff.

Yes, the locks are now rentable from the reception with a deposit of 7€. Or, if you prefer to buy it, then that is certainly possible for the same price! Unfortunately, too many locks went missing, so we can no longer afford to give them away for free, or at least, not without the deposit so we can afford to replace the lock if it goes missing. Hostel à recommander à 100%. L'ambiance est super que ce soit avec les réceptionnistes, les volontaires ou les autres voyageurs. Beaucoup de choses sont organisées pour créer des liens. Énormément de choses et d'équipements à disposition. Merci beaucoup !

Liked: i loved the location right in the heart of neustadt, surrounded by many cool bars and cafes. it was super close to the tram stop but also a walking distance from the old town. the place felt homey and the staff were super SUPER nice and helpful. overall a super comfortable stay, it had everything i needed. Disliked: some rooms are on the third floor but you can keep your heavy luggage in storage downstairs. the bathroom situation was a bit unique as the toilet is really connected to everything else and someone did take a dump while a was brushing my teeth which was kinda traumatizing but still excellent worth for the money!

Amazing place to stay with very helpful staff who are full of information about area and things to do. The trek to the third floor was a long one, but they’re not shy about advising this and I knew what I was getting into with an old German building. Would definitely recommend!

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. Despite my early arrival, I was checked in early without any problems - the service was at a high level from the first minute. The staff at the reception is distinguished by sincere friendliness and attentiveness, which is not so common these days. The atmosphere in the hotel is warm and welcoming, and you can feel real care for the guests. The interior is thought out to the smallest detail - a stylish combination of modernity and historical elements creates a special character of the place. Perfect cleanliness and a sense of security only enhance the positive impression. This is exactly the hotel where you want to return.

Liked: Very pleasant impressions of staying at this hotel. I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but I was accepted without any problems, without making me wait 2-3 hours, which was a pleasant surprise. The reception staff is very kind and attentive - I was sincerely surprised by such a level of politeness and care. The atmosphere in the hotel is wonderful: everyone is friendly, open and ready to help at any time. I would like to separately note the cleanliness - everything is very well-groomed and pleasant. The hotel itself has an interesting style, where modern and historical design elements are harmoniously combined. In general, there is a feeling of safety, comfort and humanity - something that is sometimes sorely lacking in other places. I will come back here with great pleasure.

Great hostel in the lively area of Dresden-Neustadt. It's about a 15-minute walk from the train station, so very convenient to get around and travel daily to Saxon Switzerland National Park. I met a bunch of cool and kind people in the dorm I was staying in, and the hostel staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, so I highly recommend it.
