Great hostel! Thanks for a lovely stay.

Liked: Es war sauber, ich könnte früher als gedacht ins Zimmer. Disliked: Das es wie ein Hochbett war, ich hatte bisschen Angst runter zufallen bei der Treppe oder beim Liegen nach Hinten zu rutschen. Zimmer war immer kalt fande es nicht so gut das es nach 4 std. zurück auf 18 Grad gegangen ist die Heizung.

vielen Dank für deine Bewertung und dein hilfreiches Feedback! Ich freue mich, dass dir das Hostel gefallen hat, auch wenn es mir leid tut, dass dir das Hochbett nicht gefallen hat. Es ist ein einzigartiges Merkmal unseres Hostels, aber bitte teile uns für deinen nächsten Aufenthalt im Voraus mit, dass du kein Hochbett möchtest. Wenn möglich, werden wir dies für dich arrangieren. Die Heizungsanlage ist Teil eines umweltfreundlichen Programms, das System kann jedoch durchaus außer Kraft gesetzt werden, aber leider scheint das Schild, das dies erklärt, aus dem Zimmer verschwunden zu sein! Das tut mir leid. Ich habe einige Ersatzschilder und werde mich so schnell wie möglich darum kümmern. Danke, dass du mich darauf aufmerksam gemacht hast! Liked: 廚房和交誼廳總是充滿了笑聲與討論熱烈的人群，和另外三個亞洲國家的旅友玩遊戲到半夜，在這裡度過了愉快的聖誕週末，彷彿回到了多年前的旅遊初心！ Disliked: 宿舍房裡有很臭的味道，因為是冬天，所以室友拒絕開窗，只好自己買消臭噴劑，拉起床鋪的簾子，噴在自己的簾子內和床鋪周邊，並時時補充。

Please know, the cleaning staff do open the windows to let in fresh air during their shifts, but after they are gone, it is a little out of our control to air the room out more, and unfortunately, smells sometimes happen from sharing spaces with more people. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.Die Kommunikation war super.Ein Stern Abzug ist nur aufgrund der Gegend da diese nicht die beste ist.Dennoch hatten wir einen schönen Kurzurlaub und kann die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen:)

Liked: Gute Lage in Neustadt, sehr netter Empfang Wir hatten zu viert ein Appartment,-sehr liebevoll dekoriert und sauber, hatte alles, was man für einen guten Aufenthalt braucht. Apartment war warm, als wir ankamen. In jedem Schlafzimmer gibt es auch Sitzmöglichkeiten. In der Küche hat man die Möglichkeit, etwas zu kochen, sie ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist in der Nähe Apartment liegt nicht im Hostel, sondern über die Straße

Уважаемая гостья, спасибо за отзыв, но я подозреваю, что вы перепутали нас с другим хостелом. Во-первых, в Дрездене нет метро, а во-вторых, в наших номерах нет душевых. Все душевые разделены по половому признаку и находятся в коридорах, а не в номерах. Думаю, вы хотели оценить другое жилье, верно? С уважением из Дрездена. Мартин — Lollis Homestay.

Sehr nette und hilsbereite Leute.Das Zimmer ist in Ordnung und man hat seinen kleinen Schrank, wo man die Wertsachen unterbringen kann. Leider kann man bei den Gemeinschaftsdusche nicht abschließen.Da muss man auf seinen Schlüssel aufpassen, dass dieser nicht gestohlen wird. Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man brauch, top.

Ich merke mir auch mal den Hinweis mit den Duschen in der ersten Etage. Die Duschen der zweiten und dritten Etage sind tatsächlich abschließbar, aber in der ersten Etage sind es allgemein zugängliche Räume. Dadurch daß wir im Februar ein paar Renovierungsarbeiten machen werden werden wir mal überdenken ob wir da ein etwas sichereres System einführen können. Liked: The staff was exceptional, always helpful, providing me with so many tips for the area, offering free printed guides for Old and New Dresden, advising me about the different Christmas markets and how to get to the Saxonian Alps. I would always come back as it felt like being with family & friends.

I am sorry if the bed creaked, we do routinely check them for such issues, but perhaps we had missed one. I will report it forward and we will look into the situation again. I am sorry for the inconvienence. Unfortunately, I am a little confused about the comment of the showers, because there is no shower in the basement. We do have 2 on the first floor and 1 in the upper floors, but none on the ground floor or basement. Although, of course, we understand that going down a floor is not always ideal, but it is the only solution we have to allow more flexibility and less waiting times. Wir hatten einen richtig schönen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft in Dresden.Die Lage ist absolut top – vieles ist fußläufig erreichbar und ideal, um die Stadt entspannt zu erkunden.Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die freundlichen, herzlichen Gastgeber. Der Kontakt war von Anfang an unkompliziert, offen und sehr angenehm. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Unterkunft selbst ist unkonventionell, locker und mit viel Charme gestaltet – genau das macht ihren besonderen Charakter aus.Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, vor allem für größere Gruppen. Wir waren mit mehreren Personen unterwegs und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Auch für bis zu 8 Personen ist alles sehr gut durchdacht und praktisch eingerichtet.Insgesamt eine sehr herzliche, lebendige und empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, besonders für Gruppen, die eine zentrale Lage, eine entspannte Atmosphäre und nette Gastgeber schätzen.Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Liked: Alles war gut und es hat mir gefallen. Der Ort war ruhig und gemütlich, und die Lage war ideal Disliked: Die Kissen waren nicht gut, und ich musste mir eines kaufen, weil ich in der ersten Nacht nicht schlafen konnte

Liked: Очень приветливый персонал. Тихо и спокойно внутри, хотя я вначале думала, что будет шумно, но "шумно" только на 3 этаже. А там где я жила нет. Вкусный завтрак утром очень кстати. Можно сделать мюсли с молоком, помыть кофе, приготовить бутерброд. Удобно, что около есть трамвайная остановка, но все таки от вокзала нужно ехать остановок 7 примерно на трамвае. Disliked: Это если придираться, что на Гуглмепс нет обозначения правильного где вход в хостел. Я вначале потерялась и запаниковала, а оказалось, что вход с другой стороны за поворотом

Liked: I love these kind of hostels where room is not just room with bunk bead like in a prison but has something extra. It has rooms with bunk beds but at least they have curtains. The room is decorated very nice and it has a soul  There are also locker and you can get a padlock at reception desk. They offer breakfast for a fee but it looked average so I passed, but all the time you can get free tea or coffee or buy a beer. The staff is amazing, really funny and friendly. It is located in lively neighbourhood with a lot of bars and restaurants, quite close to public transport. Disliked: The only problem I can see that bathroom might be crowded where there are more people.

Please know, we do clean the hostel and common areas thoroughly everyday, but when the hostel is full, it gets dirty again quickly. But we will continue to do our best. However, I am sorry that I need to rebut your claim that the area is shady- it is not. We are in an alternative, hippy area, with lots of street art everywhere and a relaxed living style-and people do not bother each other. We understand, this style does not suit everyone, but this does not make it a shady area. All the best for the rest of your travels, Emma and the Lollis Team
